About the role
CSM Technologies is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in daily operations. The role involves handling data entry, order processing, lead management and scheduling across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate sales data, orders and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for sales, IT, customer service and product teams.
- Assist in lead generation, follow‑up and pipeline tracking.
- Prepare sales materials and presentations for client engagements.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service and IT to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as email, phone and correspondence management.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in sales coordination or presales roles.
- Experience working with Middle‑East and African clients at an executive level.
- Strong problem‑solving, prioritisation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to discuss technical and business requirements with clients.
- MBA qualification is preferred.
