Sales & Customer Support Agent – Nairobi

About the role

Motorspeed Courier and Fulfilment Limited is looking for an Entry‑Level Sales & Customer Support Agent to join its Nairobi team. You will be responsible for following up with customers after their orders have been dispatched, confirming delivery times, providing product usage guidance, and gathering feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call customers after package dispatch to confirm and schedule a convenient delivery time.
• Follow up post‑delivery to explain product usage, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer feedback on products and the overall delivery experience.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate with the logistics/delivery team to relay scheduling details and ensure timely delivery.
• Reschedule and resolve undelivered, delayed, or failed delivery attempts.
• Confirm receipt of packages and close out delivery records.
• Track all post‑dispatch interactions using company tools and report recurring issues.

Required profile

• Exceptional command of English and Kiswahili, spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Prior experience in e‑commerce, courier, or delivery coordination is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient and solution‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of outbound calls.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Nairobi branch and have a fully working laptop.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
