Sales Development Representative - ERP Background

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative with a strong background in ERP and B2B technology to support an international digital transformation client. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound, account‑based prospecting within the automotive sector, aiming to engage senior decision‑makers and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential target accounts in the automotive and related industries.
• Locate and engage senior decision‑makers through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other approved channels.
• Personalize outreach based on each prospect’s business needs and qualify genuine opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Represent the client professionally across all communication channels and consistently meet monthly qualified‑meeting targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development or sales development.
• Background selling or prospecting B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, SaaS or digital transformation services.
• Strong ability to research accounts and engage senior‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
