Sales Development Representative – Nordics (Outbound)

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Nordics/CEE team. In this outbound position you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to SOCRadar’s cyber‑threat intelligence platform and helping to build a robust sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients across the Nordics and Central‑Eastern Europe using cold calls, email campaigns, social media and networking events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they match SOCRadar’s target market and value proposition.
• Present the features and benefits of SOCRadar’s Extended Threat Intelligence solutions to decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor in early sales stages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with C‑level executives, IT managers and security professionals.
• Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early‑stage sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities and support joint sales initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
• Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.
