Sales Director – North America

About the role

Transak is looking for a Sales Director to lead its North American expansion. You will own revenue targets, close strategic enterprise accounts, and shape the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing fintech and Web3 infrastructure provider.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full North American revenue quota, exceeding quarterly and annual goals.
• Build, manage and close a pipeline of high‑value enterprise accounts across wallets, fintech apps, banks, web3 gaming, digital marketplaces and DeFi platforms.
• Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder deals involving product, engineering, compliance, finance and legal teams.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions using Transak’s APIs, widget and compliance products.
• Maintain CRM discipline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Product and Engineering to create scalable sales processes and influence product roadmap.
• Develop long‑term relationships with C‑level, product and compliance decision‑makers, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling complex API‑driven solutions in fintech, Web3 or related infrastructure markets.
• Demonstrated ability to close large enterprise deals and manage full sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of compliance‑driven environments (KYC, risk, regulatory constraints).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial teams.
