Sales Executive – ERP & HR Software Solutions

About the role

Endeavour Africa Ltd is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth of our ERP and HR software portfolio. You will work closely with senior decision‑makers across diverse industries to position our solutions as strategic business enablers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities for ERP and HR software solutions.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach and follow‑up on inbound leads.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Perform detailed client needs analyses and deliver tailored software demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, contracting and hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives, HR leaders and IT managers.
• Collaborate with technical, product and marketing teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience selling ERP, HR or enterprise‑level SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, HR processes and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision‑makers.
