Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team at Jabali Furniture. The role focuses on driving sales, following up leads, promoting our furniture products and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking and digital platforms.
• Promote and market the company’s furniture products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, aggressive and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary (KES 30,000 – 45,000 per month) plus performance‑based commission.
