Sales Executive

About the role

Oriental Mills Ltd, a leading textile manufacturer in Nairobi, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across its product portfolio. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering the company’s high‑quality textile solutions to B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through outbound outreach and cold calling.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promote the benefits of Oriental Mills’ textile range.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional products to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends.

• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑driven, resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and phone‑based selling.
