Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business opportunities for our clients in the advertising and media sector. You will build and nurture customer relationships, promote products and services, and help the company achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Promote products/services and meet sales targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries and quotations.
• Negotiate prices, contracts and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales, marketing or business development experience.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, energetic and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to relocate to Lamu.

Required skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales techniques.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary between KES 15,000 and KES 30,000.
