Sales Executive – Kenya

About the role

Media World is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead its telecom and digital services expansion in Kenya. Based in Nairobi, you will work remotely while engaging directly with telecom operators, mobile e‑wallets, and content providers across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Media World as the official sales and business representative in Kenya.
• Develop and maintain relationships with telecom operators, mobile e‑wallets, content providers and other digital partners.
• Identify decision‑makers such as Heads of VAS, DCB/Billing Managers, Product Managers and Commercial Directors.
• Secure new business opportunities in Value‑Added Services (VAS), Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and mobile content solutions.
• Promote and sell Media World’s VAS, DCB, mobile content and aggregation services.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets, revenue objectives and business‑development KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with the head office in Jordan on projects and market updates.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts and performance dashboards.
• Oversee project implementation, client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Required profile

• Solid experience in the telecommunications industry, especially in VAS, DCB or mobile content services.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
