Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Executives to join Ingenious Land Properties and drive property sales across Nakuru and Westlands. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, helping them find the right homes and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on new property sales leads through field and digital channels.
• Market and promote company properties using both online and offline tactics.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and client consultations.
• Negotiate terms and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and sales activities.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in roadshows, open days, exhibitions and other marketing events.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least 12 months of sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for real‑estate markets.
