Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Centum Real Estate is hiring a Sales Executive in Mombasa. The role generates sales, converts leads into customers and delivers an exceptional client experience, covering prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, transaction management and achievement of individual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new clients through referrals, networking, broker partnerships, digital channels, roadshows and direct sales, convert company leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Negotiate sales terms within approved parameters, apply only approved prices and discounts, and follow up consistently with prospects.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective clients, guide them through purchase and resolve concerns promptly.
• Conduct property presentations, showroom visits and site tours, and take part in project launches, exhibitions and corporate engagements.
• Maintain accurate client records and lead data in the CRM, prepare booking and reservation documents, and follow up on payments with Finance, Legal and Collections.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and develop relationships with brokers, banks, Saccos, corporates and diaspora networks.
• Keep showrooms and sales centres well presented and ready for client visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, commerce or a related field; sales, marketing or CRM training is an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality or similar target-driven sales is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
