About the role
The Billeting Specialist coordinates the assignment of temporary or permanent living quarters for patrons at the Manda Bay site. The role ensures that facilities meet maintenance, safety, and cleanliness standards while providing friendly customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assign and monitor temporary or permanent living quarters, maintaining vacancy and occupancy levels in tracking systems.
- Advise billeting supervisors on inventory levels of furniture, supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Collaborate with the service order desk to ensure timely completion of work orders and manage the customer service desk.
Required profile
- High school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience in billeting, facilities, or similar roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
