Sales Executives – Real Estate (Tenant Acquisition / Enrollers)

About the role
We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to drive tenant acquisition for our real‑estate portfolio in Nairobi and Kiambu. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding new tenants, while promoting our properties to prospective clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential tenants for available properties.
- Market properties through visits, presentations and follow‑up communications.
- Conduct site tours and showcase property features.
- Manage leads, negotiate terms and close tenancy agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from KES 30,000 to KES 45,000.
- Performance‑based commission on closed deals.
- Opportunity to grow within a fast‑moving real‑estate team.
