Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and nurture existing client relationships. The role combines prospecting, deal closing, and strategic collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
• Conduct online and in‑person sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Serve as primary contact for existing customers, conduct business reviews, and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align lead generation and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to build trust with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
