Sales Manager - Real Estate

About the role

NEXT, an international developer brand active in Georgia, the UAE, Kenya and Spain, is expanding its team and looking for a Sales Manager for its Nairobi office. You will guide clients in choosing their ideal property, manage the full sales cycle and represent one of the fastest-growing development companies in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients in English and one additional language
• Present and recommend properties based on client needs and investment goals
• Lead negotiations, follow up proactively and close deals
• Manage documentation and keep accurate client records
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and new opportunities

Required profile

• Fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience in sales or client-facing roles; real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Experience in real estate or property development is required
• Proactive, organized and motivated personality

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle international clients
