Sales & Marketing Executive – Hotel

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth for a hotel by developing strategic sales initiatives, building corporate partnerships, and promoting the property’s leisure and event offerings. This full‑time position focuses on increasing room, conference, and event bookings while enhancing brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for conferences, group bookings, weddings and private events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, NGOs, government bodies, tour operators and event planners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, Meta, Google and hospitality booking platforms.
• Create promotional content, including photography and videography, and support influencer collaborations.
• Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, quotations and customized partnership packages.
• Represent the hotel at trade fairs, tourism forums and industry events.
• Track campaign performance, occupancy trends and revenue growth; maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Prepare monthly commercial and marketing performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, resort marketing or leisure business development.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
