About the role
The Sales Officer will drive business growth for BCE Systems by building a robust sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and converting prospects into revenue. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role focuses on client engagement, pipeline management and commercial support across broadcast, telecommunications and security sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and qualify new business opportunities across target markets, conducting outreach via calls, emails, meetings and networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, leads and opportunities, ensuring consistent follow‑up until deals are closed or disqualified.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs and communicate them to internal teams.
- Arrange meetings, demonstrations and follow‑up engagements, and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades and cross‑selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support the sales process with disciplined execution and timely documentation.
Required profile
- Commercially strong, disciplined and self‑driven professional.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Motivation to grow within the company and potential to move into sales management.
Required skills
- CRM (customer relationship management) tools.
