Sales Representative – Beauty Products

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to promote and sell our beauty product range to retailers, salons, spas and individual customers in Nairobi. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire new clients in the beauty and cosmetics market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Demonstrate products through presentations, trials and sampling sessions, and actively upsell and cross‑sell.
• Maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships, handle inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Conduct market research, track trends and provide feedback on customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, expos and promotional events to boost brand visibility.
• Process orders, deliveries and invoices accurately, and keep sales records up to date.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling beauty, cosmetics, skincare or hair‑care products.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and customer‑service skills.
• Good understanding of beauty product ingredients and market trends.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented and able to work independently.
