Sales Representative – Branding, Signage & Printing

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive new business and nurture client relationships in the branding, signage and printing sector across Nairobi and its environs. You will be the front‑line ambassador of our services, helping customers find the right visual solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online channels and client visits.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate branding, signage, printing and fabrication solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, develop proposals and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, ensuring smooth hand‑over to production.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with new and existing clients, seeking upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Research market trends, competitors and potential sectors to expand the business footprint.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
