Sales Representative (Funeral Home) – 3 Positions

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote and sell funeral home services, helping families and organisations choose appropriate funeral packages. You will act as the face of the funeral home, building trust and delivering compassionate support throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and create awareness of funeral home services, packages and related offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, employers, churches, SACCOs and community groups.
• Conduct regular visits and follow‑ups with existing and potential partners to strengthen collaborations.
• Participate in community outreach activities, awareness campaigns and company events to increase visibility.
• Provide professional guidance and empathetic support to families on funeral service options.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, referrals, leads and service inquiries.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, partnerships and market feedback.
• Coordinate with funeral operations teams to ensure client needs are communicated and met.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with up to 24 months of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage families with empathy and confidentiality.
• Ability to build and sustain partnerships with diverse organisations.
• Good communication skills and professional presentation.
