Sales Representative – High‑Speed Internet Services

About the role

Fahari Link, powered by Tatu City, is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive the adoption of its high‑speed broadband and ICT services across the region. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and ensure strong customer relationships that support retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and customer growth targets by identifying and converting new sales opportunities for residential and business broadband, MPLS VPN, SD‑WAN and related ICT services.
• Conduct prospecting activities, set appointments, qualify leads, and manage the sales process to close deals within the assigned territory.
• Track customer satisfaction metrics and follow up with clients to ensure service quality and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and other internal teams to coordinate network deployments and guarantee a sales conversion rate of 60 % or higher after fiber readiness.
• Provide regular reports on market potential, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM data to support forecasting and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in an Internet Service Provider environment.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience selling home fibre or internet services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
