Business Development Manager

About the role

Fahari Link is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive residential and corporate sales growth for its high‑speed internet and ICT services. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with property stakeholders, and leading a sales team to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to pinpoint growth areas, customer segments, and emerging trends.
• Engage landlords, property managers, and developers to secure building access for MDU construction.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align new opportunities with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the assigned sales team to improve performance.
• Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with clients and partners.
• Work with technical teams to design customized infrastructure solutions.
• Partner with marketing to create and measure communication strategies.
• Leverage data to track progress and continuously improve sales processes.
• Present sales pitches, demos, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in internet sales leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, commerce, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data‑analysis tools.
• Creative thinking for innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
