Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive the sales of cooking gas (LPG) and lubricants across the Kangundo Road area, building a strong customer base among retailers, wholesalers and end‑users. You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets while providing product education and support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and grow new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas for LPG and lubricants.
• Conduct regular field visits, monitor stock levels and report market trends.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries, complaints and provide product advice.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and ensure accurate order documentation.
• Follow up on payments, monitor credit exposure and support collection processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling petroleum products such as LPG or lubricants.
• Good understanding of the petroleum distribution value chain.
• Proven ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driving licence (preferred).
