Sales Representative

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and partners, generating leads, making outbound calls and pitching our accounting, tax and migration services to Australian prospects. The role is fast‑paced, phone‑driven and requires you to work the 1:00 AM‑10:00 AM Kenyan shift to align with Australian business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, send LinkedIn messages and conduct video outreach to Australian prospects.
• Pitch and promote Contrarian Capital’s accounting, tax and migration services.
• Identify, approach and onboard referral partners, brokers and introducers.
• Book meetings and consultations for senior team members and consultants.
• Follow up on leads consistently and keep CRM records up to date.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospects and partners.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, activity and results.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B outbound or phone‑based sales experience.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• High energy, self‑motivated and able to make 50+ calls per day.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Organised with strong follow‑up habits.
• Fully committed to the night‑shift (1:00 AM–10:00 AM EAT) and onsite work.
• Results‑oriented and driven by targets and commissions.
• Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge.
