Sales Representative – Travel Agency

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our travel agency’s call centre in Nairobi. You will work on a rotating schedule, handling inbound enquiries from 2 PM to 10 AM local time, and turn travel interests into confirmed bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in travel services.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored travel solutions.
- Apply learned sales techniques to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Minimum six months of call‑center sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
