Sales Representative - Vehicle Tracking Solutions

About the role

Swift Tracking is a growing vehicle tracking and fuel monitoring company in Kenya offering GPS tracking, fleet management and fuel control solutions. It is expanding its sales team and is looking for energetic, self-motivated sales representatives to promote and sell its solutions. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers such as fleet owners, businesses, SACCOs and individual vehicle owners
• Present and explain Swift Tracking products and services to prospects
• Generate leads, close sales and meet agreed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide basic product information and coordinate installations with the technical team
• Submit regular sales updates and reports

Required profile

• Proven sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-driven, disciplined and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Passion for technology, automotive or fleet solutions is a plus
