Salesforce CPQ Specialist

About the role

The Salesforce CPQ Specialist supports Solvo Global’s SaaS operations by configuring, maintaining and optimizing Salesforce applications. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Service and Finance teams, the role ensures the platform scales with business growth and drives operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily end‑user support, training and proactive guidance to increase Salesforce adoption.
• Troubleshoot system issues, build reports, and streamline business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and system configurations.
• Manage project deliverables, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and research native Salesforce solutions.
• Administer and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Communities and Flow automations.
• Lead CPQ initiatives: configure contracts, quotes, orders, products, pricing and related objects.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex logic within a dynamic, tech‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
