About the role
Mercor is seeking experienced securities, commodities and financial services sales professionals to evaluate and improve cutting‑edge AI systems. You will assess AI‑generated trade recommendations, investment proposals and related content, applying your real‑world market expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI‑generated trade recommendations, investment proposals, suitability assessments and other securities and commodities artifacts for quality and accuracy.
- Compare AI‑generated responses based on financial soundness, regulatory compliance and analytical rigor.
- Review scenarios involving securities and commodities transactions, portfolio recommendations, market analysis and client advisory work, providing expert feedback.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience as a securities sales agent, commodities broker, stockbroker, investment advisor or a closely related role.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week and strong written English communication skills.
