Security Guard – Entry Level (Male/Female)

About the role
We are looking for motivated entry‑level security guards to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves maintaining safety and order for clients and the public, working full‑time on site.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to deter unauthorized activities.
- Control access points, verify identification and manage visitor logs.
- Observe and operate CCTV systems, reporting any suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms or emergencies and provide first‑aid if required.
- Prepare daily and incident reports for supervisors.
Required profile
- Male candidates: minimum height 5.8 ft; Female candidates: minimum height 5.5 ft.
- Minimum education: O‑Level (three subjects).
- Three referees with Safaricom phone numbers.
- Two passport‑sized coloured photographs.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) and handwritten application letter.
- Area Chief recommendation letter.
- Police clearance certificate.
- KRA certificate.
- Active bank account.
