Security Guard – Full-Time Position

About the role
We are seeking reliable security guards to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. Selected candidates will support the safety of our premises and clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a mandatory 14‑day training program before deployment.
- Perform security duties that require physical fitness and mobility.
- Apply practical security skills such as monitoring, patrolling and incident reporting.
- Prepare clear written reports using strong literacy and numeracy abilities.
Required profile
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
- Minimum height: 5'8" for men, 5'6" for women.
- Minimum education: Form 4 (KCSE) completion.
- Physically fit and able to carry out security tasks.
- Clean criminal record and possession of a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Integrity, professionalism and commitment to company values.
