About the role

G4S is seeking a reliable Security Guard to protect clients and their assets at a site in Embu, São Paulo. The position works on a 12‑hour rotating schedule (12x36) covering daytime and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols and routine inspections of the premises.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm panels.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation.
• Adhere to company security policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Good physical condition and overall health.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude with strong ethics.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of security system monitoring (cameras, alarms).
