Security Guard – Westlands, Kenya

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Security Guard to patrol assigned areas in Westlands, Kenya. You will help maintain a safe environment by preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol designated zones regularly to deter and detect security incidents.
• Monitor entrances, exits, CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Verify identification and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and breaches.
• Report suspicious activities and maintain accurate daily logs.
• Assist employees, visitors and customers with security‑related matters.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work full‑time and handle shift work.
• Good observational and communication skills.
