Security Officer – Men Only

About the role

BM Security Ltd, a leading security services provider in Kenya, is urgently hiring male security officers. Candidates will join the Guarding section and be deployed after completing a mandatory three‑week basic security training program.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the three‑week security officer training.
• Carry out guarding duties and patrols as assigned.
• Maintain a visible security presence at client sites.
• Report incidents and follow established security protocols.

Required profile

• Kenyan citizen with Form 4 (or higher) qualification.
• Male, height at least 5 ft 8 in, aged 23‑40.
• KCSE grade D plain or better.
• Valid certificate of good conduct (issued within the last year) or willingness to obtain one.
• Physically and medically fit, with good eyesight and hearing.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
• Clean work history with supporting reference letter if previously employed.
• Post‑secondary training and smartphone ownership are advantageous.
