Senior Analyst – Data Intelligence

About the role

Sun King is seeking a Senior Analyst specialized in Data Intelligence to turn complex data into actionable business insights. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, statistical evaluation, and data visualisation to support strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including A/B testing, regression, and hypothesis testing, to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with senior managers to identify strategic opportunities and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and suggest operational improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role with a proven track record of influencing business performance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to frame cross‑functional questions, evaluate strategic options, and influence product or operational initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for querying large datasets and building analytical models.
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and predictive evaluation techniques.
• Expertise in statistical methods including A/B testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
