Senior Analyst – Quantitative Risk

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Quantitative Risk will use advanced analytics and strategic evaluation to turn data into actionable business insights, helping senior managers identify opportunities and improve operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions, including A/B testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and statistical modelling.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker or Power BI to support data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with senior managers to uncover strategic opportunities and guide data‑informed choices.
• Define, monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimise data pipelines and workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Strategic Evaluation with a proven record of driving performance improvements.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical and statistical expertise, including hypothesis testing, root‑cause analysis, cohort analysis and experimentation.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
