Senior Communications Manager – Strategic PR & Enterprise Storytelling

About the role

The Senior Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated corporate communication strategies that shape brand perception, manage reputation risks, and support business objectives across international markets. Reporting to the CEO, CMO, and VP of Corporate Affairs, this role serves as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite and oversees a cross‑functional communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cohesive brand narrative frameworks, multi‑channel campaigns, and corporate messaging guidelines.
• Lead crisis communications, develop risk‑mitigation protocols, and act as corporate spokesperson during high‑pressure situations.
• Position senior executives through media pitching, ghost‑writing op‑eds, speechwriting, and managing agency relationships.
• Drive internal and change communications, including town‑hall planning, intranet content, and employee alignment initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and investors by producing annual report messaging, CSR storytelling, and PR event strategies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in strategic corporate communications, public relations, or related fields.
• Proven track record as a C‑suite advisor and leader of cross‑functional communications teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, executive positioning, and multi‑channel storytelling.
