About the role

A Senior DNS Technical Training Specialist is sought to support global technology initiatives and build collaboration among industry stakeholders, technical communities and internal teams. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications and event participation in a fast-paced international setting, with remote work and up to 40% international travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical engagement initiatives and strategic programs.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders, industry groups and technical communities.
• Develop presentations, reports, articles and other communication materials.
• Manage cross-functional projects and track deliverables.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and support collaboration across teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility, partnerships and community engagement.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in a technology-focused environment.
• Experience working across international and multicultural teams.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
