About the role

NTU International is building a pool of qualified non‑key experts to support the EU‑funded Cooperation Facility in Lesotho. The Senior Education & TVET Expert will be called on a short‑term, on‑demand basis to provide strategic guidance on education policy, technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and skills development.

Key responsibilities

Provide expert advice on national education policy, TVET systems and skills development strategies.
Support the design of programmes and conduct policy analysis for the project.
Participate in stakeholder consultations and coordinate with education sector actors.
Monitor and evaluate education and TVET interventions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in education, TVET or skills development.
Proven experience in development cooperation, preferably with EU‑funded projects.
Strong analytical abilities and experience in policy design and monitoring.
