Senior Lecturer – Pharmaceutics

About the role

Zetech University is looking for a strategic, forward‑thinking Senior Lecturer in Pharmaceutics to lead teaching, research and innovation initiatives. The role bridges academia and industry, enhancing graduate employability and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Teach allocated Pharmacy units and deliver high‑quality lectures and practical sessions.
• Design, develop, plan and deliver programmes of study, including new courses at various levels.
• Assess student performance through examinations, OSCEs, coursework and practical evaluations.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations and clinical placements.
• Review and update pharmacy course content and materials regularly.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and research activities.
• Conduct research, write grant proposals and participate in consultancies.
• Disseminate research findings at national or international conferences, symposiums and webinars.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in a related field; PhD is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to connect academia with industry and improve graduate employability.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum design and supervising research projects.
