Senior Manager, Insights Excellence & Governance

About the role

The Senior Manager, Insights Excellence & Governance will support the growth and operationalisation of the Insights Design Centre of Excellence (COE) across India and China. The role drives design governance, portfolio management, delivery coordination and quality assurance for analytics and digital products, ensuring consistent, high‑quality user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Insights Design COE strategy, operating model and roadmap.
• Drive adoption of enterprise design standards, reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for design efficiency, scalability and automation, including AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, analytics teams and product owners to manage intake, prioritisation and tracking of design engagements.
• Coordinate delivery activities, monitor progress, risks and issues, and produce management reporting on performance and impact.
• Establish and manage design governance processes, review cycles and quality checkpoints.
• Facilitate design review sessions, stakeholder workshops and governance forums.
• Promote a culture of design excellence, continuous learning and quality‑driven delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in design governance, portfolio management and delivery coordination for analytics or digital products.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to align design initiatives to business objectives.
• Experience establishing operating procedures, standards, templates and design systems.
• Ability to lead workshops, review sessions and governance forums.
