Senior Manager – Strategy and Transactions

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategy development, transaction advisory, and commercial initiatives across diverse client engagements. You will work on high‑impact projects that drive profitability and long‑term value for organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities, prepare proposals, and support pitch meetings.
• Collaborate with other EY service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze financial, accounting and market data to extract actionable insights.
• Lead strategy and transformation initiatives such as market entry, growth, turnaround, go‑to‑market, commercial due diligence, divestments, cost and organization transformation.
• Structure and manage independent project modules, gather data, conduct analysis and formulate recommendations.
• Perform valuation analyses for reporting, M&A, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop complex financial models and provide insights to clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to EY-Parthenon’s knowledge base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s a plus).
• Professional qualification such as CFA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy or consulting.
• Proven project‑management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical experience in market sizing, competitor analysis and performance assessment.
