Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Applications

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Applications will shape and execute the product vision that drives Equity Group’s digital transformation across its African markets. You will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of innovative, scalable solutions that empower customers, improve operational efficiency and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for enterprise‑wide applications, aligning with the Africa Recovery and Resilience Plan.
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning and release cycles within an Agile framework.
• Develop clear product requirements, user stories and prioritize features based on customer impact, business goals and technical constraints.
• Track product metrics, conduct data‑informed analysis and present progress to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance, security and risk management through governance and collaboration with risk and compliance teams.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, including training programs and product documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, IT and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Continuously gather user feedback, identify improvement opportunities and drive product enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product management, preferably for enterprise or financial applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and backlog management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior executives.
• Experience navigating regulatory, security and risk considerations in product design.
