Senior Project Engineer – Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

About the role

PC Construction is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead technical efforts on critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will act as a key resource for project administration, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration.
• Review plans, specifications, and owner contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor pricing, subcontract negotiations, and material deliveries.
• Support budget management, owner billings, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Collaborate with field teams, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve challenges.
• Drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Mentor Project Engineers, Office Engineers, and interns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of construction project engineering experience, preferably in water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
