Senior Public Finance Expert

About the role
NTU International is seeking a Senior Public Finance Expert to join a pool of qualified specialists for the EU‑funded Cooperation Facility in Lesotho. The expert will be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis throughout the 48‑month project, providing high‑level advice on public financial management and economic governance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on public financial management and economic governance frameworks.
- Conduct fiscal analyses, budget reviews, and institutional assessments.
- Support policy dialogue, reform initiatives, and capacity‑building activities.
- Review and advise on financial governance aspects of EU‑supported programmes.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public financial management and economic governance.
- Demonstrated experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded project implementation and reporting requirements.
