About the role
The Senior Relationship Officer will drive business growth, manage customer relationships and ensure compliance at the Kajiado branch of Sidian Bank.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve branch growth targets, including new client acquisition and cross‑selling of products.
- Lead relationship management initiatives to enhance customer experience, meet CSAT, CES, NPS targets and minimise attrition.
- Support branch operations, risk and compliance activities, including credit appraisal and adherence to CBK guidelines.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of retail/commercial banking experience, including 3 years in sales.
Required skills
- Sound knowledge of retail banking/SME products, services and processes.
- Thorough understanding of the Central Bank of Kenya regulatory framework.
