Senior Research Executive – FMCG

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as the primary contact for FMCG accounts.
• Deliver high‑quality, insight‑led analyses and recommendations based on consumer and shopper panel data.
• Interpret disparate quantitative datasets, drawing accurate causal linkages to inform strategy.
• Translate longitudinal consumer behaviour into growth strategies for FMCG clients.
• Support clients in driving business growth through effective use of panel data.
• Manage workload, set priorities, and proactively solve client challenges.
• Present findings in clear, visual formats that highlight patterns, implications, and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in consumer research and shopper insights, preferably within a reputable market research organization.
• Proven ability to interpret complex consumer datasets and turn them into practical business recommendations.
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful client presentations.
• Curious, analytical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding consumer behaviour.
• Optimistic, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in diverse cultural and technical environments.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging partners across the business.
