About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing scalable recruitment workflows, optimizing talent acquisition systems, and supporting multiple business units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline sourcing and onboarding.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify improvements and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost‑effective hiring solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing talent acquisition processes in a global, remote environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making ability for recruitment optimization.
• Project management expertise with the capacity to prioritize tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in international hiring.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination between internal teams and external partners.
