Senior UX Researcher – Employee Experience & AI Integration

About the role

We are looking for a senior UX researcher to join Inallmedia’s remote research team. The role focuses on improving employee experience and evaluating AI‑enabled self‑service tools for a large enterprise client. You will translate complex user behavior into actionable insights that drive productivity and trust in AI across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, scope and execute end‑to‑end mixed‑method research studies, both qualitative and quantitative, to answer ambiguous business questions.
• Plan and moderate user testing of AI assistants, automated workflows and self‑service experiences, identifying adoption barriers and trust issues before rollout.
• Maintain and extend Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done (JTBD) frameworks, ensuring research artifacts stay aligned with evolving internal tools.
• Create research assets such as recruitment screeners, test plans, participant criteria and protocol documentation for high‑priority initiatives.
• Synthesize findings into clear, executive‑ready presentations and research artifacts for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, operations and service management teams to validate tooling decisions and optimise workflows.
• Document and preserve traceable research findings, decision logs and insights within shared collaboration systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on UX research experience at a senior individual‑contributor level.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, scope projects, execute studies and deliver decision‑ready recommendations.
• Experience researching enterprise internal tools, employee experience or complex operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done frameworks and ability to apply them across product initiatives.
