Senior WordPress Developer – AI‑Assisted & Integration Expert

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior WordPress Developer to lead the design, development, and optimisation of high‑performing websites. You will work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to turn concepts into robust, AI‑enhanced digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain WordPress sites, integrating AI‑assisted tools such as Claude Code and Google Stitch.
• Manage integrations with marketing platforms like Marketo and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Lead content updates, feature enhancements, and project delivery in partnership with marketing stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve site performance, page‑load speed, and responsiveness.
• Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility through testing and optimisation.
• Maintain web servers (experience with Liquid Web is a plus), handle WordPress/PHP updates, and resolve server‑related issues.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, primarily with WordPress and Webflow.
• Proven portfolio showcasing recent Elementor Pro projects.
• Experience using AI‑driven development tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, QA, and multi‑project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
